By accessing or using RoomCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You may use the Service anonymously or by signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Anonymous sessions may have limited functionality and data may not persist across sessions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious content or code through the platform
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all floor plans, designs, and other content you create using the Service. RoomCraft retains ownership of the Service itself, including its software, branding, and documentation. By using the Service, you grant RoomCraft a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomCraft and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
